Being eligible for SRED and being ready for SRED are two very different things. 

Eligibility is about the work you are doing. Readiness is about how well you can explain and support that work to CRA. 

Companies that prepare early face fewer delays fewer questions and higher confidence during reviews. 

SRED readiness is a mindset not a last minute scramble.
